- 0,5 kg half kilo chicken breast
- 2 pieces ripe avocado
- 6 pieces of lavash
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Few sprigs of chopped parsley
- 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Black pepper
- Red powdered pepper
- Sea salt or Himalayan salt you can also use table salt if you don't have it
- Cut the chicken breasts in julienne and marinate them with olive oil, red pepper powder, black pepper and salt.
