150 gr. rice
2 liters chicken broth
4 eggs
2 lemons
2 celery
Black pepper

Making Lemon Chicken Soup Recipe

1- Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onions and garlic for 3-5 minutes until they turn pink.

2- Add chicken broth and rice and boil. Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the rice is tender, by shaking and stirring the bottom of the stove.

3- Break the 4 eggs into the bowl. Take a scoop of boiling chicken broth, put it slowly in the eggs and mix. Then add this mixture slowly over your boiling soup.

4- Slice the lemon and squeeze the other juice. Add the chicken, lemon slices and fresh lemon juice and cook for another 3-5 minutes.

5- Add the salt and pepper. If you wish, sprinkle with paprika or parsley and serve.
